Site Investigation, Remediation and Reclamation Requirements

This presentation will describe the environmental investigation requirements and remediation standards, environmental liability, surface reclamation requirements, and the certificate of restoration application process for wellsites and production facilities.

A cost-recovery fee of $5 will be charged at the door. Public is welcome to attend.

Devin is the Director of Waste Management and Reclamation with the BC Oil and Gas Commission where he has worked since 2001. He received his B.Sc. (Forestry) specializing in soils from the University of British Columbia, and prior to joining the OGC, worked with SHARP Environmental and EBA Waberski Darrow Consulting.
